eLustroHarmony is built on J2EE Technology platform. Underlying infrastructure can be used to build interfaces for integration with enterprise systems such as ERP and CRM.
The solution effectively uses recent technology advances for delivering a holistic suite of tools and platform. A single metadata repository holds the definitions of all business entities involved in modeling objectives, risks and controls across the whole enterprise. Simple interfaces defined using XML facilitate easy integration with external systems. Some of the interfaces are pre-packaged so that the tools can be deployed with minimal configuration changes.
The solution is designed to be an enterprise deployable solution co-existing with CRM, HR, SCM and other enterprise class tools. The solution includes integration with corporate CRM and HR tools, LDAP interfaces for real time access with employee/customer databases, flexible Access Control and Authentication mechanisms: all within the confines of a simple web browser interface. For sophisticated IT users, the platform provides Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and WebServices for integrating with other enterprise applications.
