Careers in Inside Sales

Position: Inside Sales - The Inside Sales Rep is responsible for meeting and exceeding Companies’ revenue expectations.  This is accomplished through the proactive selling of predefined products and services.

Responsibilities:

This position carries quarterly and annual quotas

  • Prospect accounts to generate new business within a defined geography, target vertical industry, or product/solutions suite
  • Manage and prioritize inquiries developed by the Marketing organization
  • Build a strong pipeline and forecast business to accurately predict revenue goals
  • Develop and maintain competitive knowledge on service offerings, industries and products to leverage in sales cycle
  • Consistently exceed revenue goals by closing direct sales within a defined set of products and services.  If required, partner with field sales for enterprise end-to-end opportunities or work jointly with channel partners to close business
  • Identify additional sales opportunities within customer base by cross selling and up selling
  • Maintain a level of metrics to meet activity goals (call volume, email, and revenue objectives)
  • Adhere to all current sales methodologies and processes
  • Capture, maintain, and disseminate accurate and relevant prospect information using Salesforce.com

Qualifications:

  • Graduate / MBA preferred
  • 4 years of Business Experience – minimum 2 years inside sales
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycle, with a track record of successful revenue attainment
  • Goal oriented individual with superior communication skills/negotiating/closing skills with customers/prospects
  • Ability to complete individual goals as well as work in a team
  • Aggressive, great attitude, organizational skills and a self-starter (Professional demeanor)
  • Experience with web hosting products and services are a plus

Job Location: Mumbai

Detail: Candidate should have an understanding of the IT Architectures, products and Solutions. Exposure to working with BFSI/Retail/Pharma domain in sales or business development role would be desirable. The candidate should have exposure to cold calling; proposals; customer interactions; solution creation; ownership of revenue targets; account development, proposal making, etc
